Booking day is always the first of the month. It usually fills up that day.

If you don’t see any spots available, please check back on the first of next month at 10am for new availability.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments happen on occasion, so keep checking back for spots that become available if you’d like to get in sooner.

Before booking an appointment, Please read terms and conditions below.

When using a mobile device, please go to our website directly on your browser (Open in Chrome or Open in Safari) to avoid an incomplete transaction.  If you click on the website from Facebook or Instagram, it can occasionally get stuck.

 

When scheduling online,  please make sure the deposit payment is complete. Once it goes through, you should receive a confirmation email with your scheduled appointment time. If you did not receive a confirmation, we do not have you on our schedule.

 

If your eyebrows have been previously tattooed, contact us by email or text and let us know when you book your first appointment, so we can evaluate how we can help you.

 

You will receive a text reminder before the appointment for instructions and directions. Please Click the link included in the text.

 

After booking your appointment, please download and fill out the needed forms and bring them to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy – Deposits are non-refundable. 

HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday – Thursday 9 am to 5 pm

 

We do not take appointments evenings, weekends, or major holidays.  NO EXCEPTIONS

We keep a tight schedule, so if you are more than 10 minutes late, you’ll need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.

NEW CLIENTS – 2 Hours

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

 

If Kristin has not seen you before, you are a NEW CLIENT.  If you want a touchup on another artist’s work, you are still a NEW CLIENT.

 

If you have previously tattooed brows, no matter how much they have faded, please text photos of your current brows without makeup to 512.705.7061 BEFORE you make an appointment.  Please take photos in natural lighting, indoors by a window. Include closeup photos as well as a full-face photo so we can determine if you’re a good candidate for a coverup.

 

INITIAL TOUCHUPS – 2 Hours 

Tuesdays 

 

We will schedule this appointment for you when you come for your NEW CLIENT session.

ANNUAL TOUCHUPS – 2 Hours

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

 

You can schedule your Annual Touchups online on Booking Days.  If your shape is still visible and you don’t need them changed or re-drawn, you can schedule as an Annual Touchup.  This is for current clients only.

 

If you missed Booking Day and would like to get on our standby list, please text us at 512-705-7061.  When we get notified of cancelations or rescheduled appointments, our annual touchups take first priority to fill those open spots. However, sometimes we’re NOT notified when someone cancels or reschedules, and those appointments are released immediately on the booking calendar for anyone to grab.

 

Make sure to check the booking calendar often for open spots.

TEETH WHITENING – 1.5 Hours

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

 

If you are scheduled for new brows or an annual touchup and would like to have your teeth whitened at the same appointment, you can schedule online and receive a $50 discount for the combined services.

 

If you would like to include Teeth Whitening with your Tuesday Touchup, please text us to schedule that appointment.
